We are not understanding what you mean by your account is not authorized.

Since you are using AMP, they most likely have you setup to use CQG for your order routing. In which case, you need to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account by following the instructions at the following link:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

If you are getting an error from CQG regarding your account, then you need to ask AMP about this.

I do not have the account shown in the attached any more, I am with AMP futures now, not Advantage.

You do not need to worry about your old account information. It has no meaning if you do not have an account with Advantage anymore. Just setup your system to connect to your CQG account by following these instructions:

If you want us to remove that old account, then please post in the Account Support Tickets letting us know that you no longer are using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service with TT and that you want the old account information removed from your account. Any idea if or when AMP will support Teton? Getting really tired of CQG's lack of reliable service and general weirdness.
