CQG data worked real time with no historic at first, now doesn't work.

Hi, I was able to get real time footprint charts working, but wasn't able to download historic. I changed the data feed to SC, which now gives me historic with a 10 minute delay, but when I go back to CQG, it stays stuck on 2023/01/13 with no real time, while also giving me an error. I am wondering how to get the real time back, and then be able to download historic footprint charts, which was my first problem. TIA

You need to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. We no longer support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. Once you have the data setup from us, then you can stop the CQG data from your broker (as long as you are not using it for something else) that way you are not paying twice for the data. Note that in this setup, you will still be using CQG for your order routing - so you will need to have your Data/Trade Service Settings setup for CQG. But you will be getting the data from our Denali data feed.
