When I confirm my Integrated Advanced 11 service package by clicking the Update/Set button, the dropdown selection reverts back to "Disabled," and I am met with the message " A Service Balance of at least 10 USD is needed to activate a Usage Time Service Package." Ultimately I am attempting to use my non data feed CQG account to route orders while using Denali for data, but I can not progress with connecting to an external source as I am unable to purchase a package.
