I have been in some services that provide a way to import there significant leves into SC...they call them cloud levels....I would like to do this as well for stats and stuff I have worked on...is there somewhere I can read on how to import these levesl?

Simple System Trading has a SC study to do this called "Automatic price levels import from a local or hosted CSV file". They offer a 10 day free trial. This is what I use to import Fibonacci Pivot Point Levels from an Excel file exported to a CSV file.
