I have attached two charts compared 2466 and 2476. The scale numbers in the new current version are messed up.

We are not sure what the cause of this is with the scale numbers. We do not see a problem in 2476 like this. We want you to restart Sierra Chart into Safe Mode: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode Let us know if you still see the issue. It is the same being in safe mode. I just recognized, that even the yellow and blue label while downloading historical data at startup is messed up (small and showing no text). It is just these two charts which have problems. All other charts are just fine.

There are some other items that are missing in the Chart Header for each of those charts in the newer version. For each of those charts that is having the issue, go to Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart and if the option for Use Global Symbol Settings Instead of These Settings is not enabled (does not have a checkmark) then enable the option and see if your charts are correct after that. If I check the global box the scale is OK again but the chart looks ugly. I can't use it with the global settings. Is that something you can change or do I need to stay with 2466 if I want to use my own settings? Anyway I can't use this version, because I can't cancel my orders in SC for InteractiveBrokers anymore. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-01-27 20:39:12

It just means that there is some setting in the Graphics Setting - Chart that is set oddly for those two charts. You would have to figure out it is to be able to go back to the Chart Graphics Settings. Or you can start new charts and get them setup the way you want for those two symbols.

The issue had to do with when using OpenGL. And it is resolved in the latest version.
