No data to DOM after Win 10 upgrade and HD installed on another PC

I have several Dell 7010 pc's I moved my HD from my Dell 7010 trading PC to another Dell 7010 ( PSU died). Updated to Win 10 and the latest version of SC. When I open a new DOM I have no price data? What am I doing wrong? SC shows I am connected it's green. The Symbol is F.US.MYMH23 March2023 Ian Busey |

We no longer support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX data. Therefore, you will need to activate the exchanges you need at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Once you are setup to use the Denali data, then if you do not use the CQG data for any other purpose then you can have your broker stop the CQG data so you are not paying twice for it. Hello John, I am a bit confuse. As you can see I have Denali and the CME non professional agreement. AMP is my broker I would like to keep them as my broker I just check my trading credentials it set to CQG. I will call them and cancel CQG Could you please help me to connect my Sierra Chart to denali data? You are already setup to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed and you have the "CME with Market Depth for NonProfessionals" exchange active. So there should not be anything else you need to do with this, unless you need data for other exchanges within the CME Group, in which case you can adjust the exchanges you have active on this page: I am still not getting live data. I tried to change to Teton CME order routing but I need to subscribe for the service and it's not letting me? I also have a synchronization issue between NT8 & SC DOM market price. I found the problem was caused by SC discontinue CQG support. After reading through every thing. I need Teton Order Routing Service to place my orders with AMP or can I still use CQG? (This change only applies to market data and not trading. You can still trade CME Group and EUREX through CQG when using Sierra Chart.) I am using NT8 for charts using their version of CQG the only reason I am using NT8 is I hate their DOM and my indicators only work on NT8 which sucks. I was using CQG on Ninja and CQG on Sierra Charts until you discontinued CQG. when this happened my NT8 charts were no longer in sync with Sierra Charts DOM price. Hi John, SC Current Selective Service was 10 I upgraded to 11 AMP Futures connection is set to CQG I just upgraded to package 11 $46 for Denali Data Feed and activated CME non pro ($3.5/m) DO I need this service? Still no data went back and recheck I miss a few items redid it. Now Working NT8 Charts and SC DOM are in sync. The 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts'(Green) Denali Exchange Data Feed CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchanges (Optional):(Green) The Denali Data Feed is active. (Green) CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchange Agreements (Green) Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges [CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX] (Green) Let see if I understand this Data for the charts and DOM provided by SC Denali. I am in Sim mode when I switch to Live mode and place a trade to AMP using CQG will it work? Or do I need to make some more changes to make it work? From SC support page. We do not set the rules. We do not want to support CQG or NT. If you are going to type all of this, this is just not worth our time at all. If you have a simple question in one sentence let us know what that is. Once again we do not want to support CQG or NT and we do not set the stupid exchange fee rules. You have written way too much here. We recommend using Teton order routing: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Please do not use CQG. This is not worth our time. We have no interest in answering your questions in relation to CQG and we are not going to do that. We would rather lose you as a customer.
