Hello, I have been paying for real-time data for several months. To this day it still doesn't work. However, I did all the steps. I ask you to check my sierra charts account to tell me if the problem comes from the platform or if I forgot something to do. If this is the case, I ask you to explain to me what I should do. The reason you are not getting real-time data is because you have activated a non-professional exchange for the CME Group, but you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following for information on the CME Group requirement for a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the data at the non-professional rate: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Keep in mind that a Prop firm account does not work towards the non-professional verification.
