Hello, I allready have an account (service pack 5)and i have one question.What will hapen if after a period of time i whant to make a pause in payments for 6 months and after to come back and claim the same account with the same service package no5?Is possible?I will have the same settings left? Thank you in advance |

There is no problem with doing this. Just set your account to "Disabled" for the Service Package so that you do not automatically renew. You can do this at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#ServicePackage When you are ready to come back, put enough funds in your account and then select your package at the same link above. All of your settings and charts are stored on your local system, so as long as you do not delete your Sierra Chart folder you will have everything exactly as it was when you stopped.
