My DOM sound alert (when price is filled) has become so muted now that I can barely hear it. Is there a control on the platform where I can adjust the volume of this alert sound?

There is not a control on the platform for volume. That is controlled through the Operating System. You can test the alert sounds on the General Settings page at Global Settings >> General Settings >> Alerts >> Test Sound.
