following the activation of the emergency connection, I still do not have the real data, yet I have a data subscription with my AMP broker, please help me.

If you are with AMP, then most likely they have you setup with CQG for your Order Routing. We do not support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX.

But, we see that you have the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup with the "Full CME Group for Non-Professional Trading Accounts", therefore you should be getting data from our Denali data feed.

If you are still having an issue getting data for the CME Group symbols, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
