I have changed the days to download on my 120 minute QQQ chart to 50 days and it still only loads back to 12-27-2022. Which is what the date range in file shows but I have "Load Data Limiting Method" set to "Use Number of Days to Load" and have "Days To Load For Intraday Chart Data Type" set to 50. If I try to change the "Date Range in File From" to go further back it just changes back to 12-27-2022. How can I get more days to load on my 120 minute chart? Thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-01-15 14:58:31

I have changed the days to download on my 120 minute QQQ chart to 50 days That is exactly what you linked states; To load more data in the chart continue to follow the instructions below. Select Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting on the menu. . Set the Load Data Limiting Method setting to Number of Days to Load. Set the Days to Load for Intraday Chart Data Type setting to the number of days you want to load and view in the chart. Press OK. Anyway, I deleted all data and downloaded again and it worked. |

Yes the additional step is performing a delete of the data and re-downloading.

Did you also setup the chart to be a "Continuous Futures Contract"? Refer to the following: Continuous Futures Contract Charts For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Yes, I am using continuous contracts. I note that with two seperate SC folders, one using Denali EUREX, one using CQG OSE: both exhibit the same issue. Very limited history for 15m continuous futures charts. |

You will have limited data from CQG. They do not have data for previous contracts. Therefore, if you have not already downloaded the data for previous contracts, you will not want to use a Continuous Contract. You should not have any issue with getting the additional data for EUREX from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. What is the symbol for the chart?
