Hello, I"m receiving error message in red, Download Failed, historical data only supported by Seirra chart data feed. Historical data is only available up to 12/30/22. See message log.

Hello, a question for clarification. If I have a broker do I still need to pay for CME or can I just activate it through Sierra? Thank you Kindly for your time.

You need to activate and pay for the CME Group data through us. If you are not using the data for another purpose then you can tell your broker that you do not want the CME Group data through CQG, saving the money that way.
