Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". There are a number of things that could have caused what you are stating. The primary thing to keep in mind is that you need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account at least once a month in order to verify your non-professional status for the CME Group. Refer to the following information for more on this requirement: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges You had not connected to your trading account until 2023-07-27 at 15:59:54 UTC. At that time, your account was updated so your "Verified Until" date was set to August 26, 2023. Therefore, you should be getting the real-time data at this time without any issue.
