You have to actually close the window by selecting OK, then wait a few seconds and then open the Data/Trade Service Settings window again and select the Server List. If this does not work, then make sure you have an active Internet connection while you are doing this, as it has to get the information from Rithmic. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I am having the same problem cannot connect to rithm. I have re downloaded sierra but still nothing works. The server list is empty can someone please help
