i just created an account free trial while i try and set it up. opened the example chartbook only see forex charts the rest are blank. searched the issue tried gold, es made sure it was continuous contract. tried deleting and reloading data. on an intraday chart, tried historical, nothing.. there is a green lit up box and said it was connnected i am assuming to the delayed data , but historical should come up . the message log says it will start historical data download adn real time updates but nothing happens.
