Not receiving Dept of Market data for CFD / FOREX instruments

Hi there, thank you for the advice. I have now registered with EdgeClear and I'm waiting for the application to go through.
This is as far as Futures is concerned.

How about the CFD - FXCM Market debth data?
Do I have to adjust something in the settings for the CFD data?
Please have a look at the Time and Sales window and Market Depth window.
The Time and Sales window is showing all Number of Trades and Volumes as 1!
The Market Depth window doesn't display any BID or ASK Limit Orders!

Please advise.

Our FOREX and CFD data does not have any Market Depth data with it.
