Hello - I have an ibkr account and have subscribed to scdata - but am unable to get real-time feeds. Not sure what to do? Please help - been trying this for the past week without much luck.

You are not setup to get any real-time data from us as you do not have any exchanges active.

We see that you have filled out the exchange agreements for the NASDAQ TotalView and CME Group exchanges. Therefore, you will need to activate the NASDAQ TotalView exchange here:

And you can activate the CME Group exchange(s) here:
