When I turned on my charting this morning I noticed that I had no data from 5/30 at 16:00 until 6/1 at 17:00. I also did not have any cumulative delta bars from 5/30 16:00 until I turned on my sierra charts this morning.
Can you tell me why this happened. I have not had this problem before. I reloaded all charts and still the same problem

You were subscribing to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, but that did not automatically renew due to an insufficient Additional Services Balance at the start of this month.

You can add money to the Additional Services Balance and reactivate the data feed here:

Be sure to press the Add/Remove Exchanges button to activate the CME exchange.
