Hi,
I ve just start a trial to test rithmic for realtime, historical data but cant proceed. Wonder but if I want just use rithmic data I am paying for already, do I need just package 10 and higher? In case of no order routing!

Can you activate for me all the neccessities and tell me what I need to pay or do when I wanna use it with real account? Plus what r the execution routing possibilities for rithmic?

Based on my info:
- need package 10 and higher, that have also denali
- if I wanna use a funding program, I need to have attached in sierra website setting a real brokerage account confirmation

Thanks

If you are wanting to connect to Rithmic and use the Rithmic data, then you just need to be on one of the Integrated Packages. Refer to the information for these packages at the following link:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages

In order to connect to your Rithmic account, follow these instructions:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Keep in mind, we do not give any support for Rithmic data. Refer to the following:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Market Data and Support Policy

If you do want to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead of the Rithmic data, and if you want the CME Group data at the Non-Professional rates, then you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software for verification. If your Rithmic account is with a Prop Firm, then that does not count towards this requirement. Refer to the following for more information:

I want to use denali on one pc and rithmic on second pc (different IP), do I need to pay something additionaly for denali as I ll need to allow support for sierra chart data feeds. Rest of the data like forex, sectors and market internals will work realtime in both PCs simultaneously, right?

In screenshot, you r claiming users who want to use rithmic with denali must pay for denali exchanges to get realtime, hisottorical data. It seems to contradicting with what you said to me, that I need just integrated package for using rithmic. Seems like it should be reformulated as I ve trully understood it in order to use rithmic via I payed for exchanges already, I need to pay for exchanges via denali too so rithmic could work.

Wonder, how its with fees, if I d use denali on both PCs simultaneously (different IP), do I need to pay for denali service twice or just need to pay double for exchange fees?
Teton order routing is included in denali service fee, right?

You will need to pay the exchanges fees for the data for which you want real-time data from us.

Read closely - it states that you will have historical data issues with Rithmic. We do highly recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead, but you can use the Rithmic data. If you find the Rithmic data does not suit your needs, then you can always change.

If you use the Denali data to two different computers at the same time, then you will need to pay the exchange fee twice. Refer to the following:

Still not clear to me. I assume u r talking about realtime data via denali exchanges "from us".
Need to know, if by checking ALLOW SUPPORT FOR SIERRA CHART DATAFEEDS for rithmic connection to get proper data (realtime from rithmic, historical from sierra) I need to pay something additional on second PC, while on the first one I ll already use denali.

Read closely - it states that you will have historical data issues with Rithmic. We do highly recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead, but you can use the Rithmic data. If you find the Rithmic data does not suit your needs, then you can always change.

Yes, I understand to the extend, that if I ll check ALLOW SUUPORT FOR SIERRA CHARTS DATAFEEDS, then I could use historical data via rithmic normally and will have realtime data from rithmic. Does this function cost additonally, as mentioned above I ll use denali exchange (data and exchange fee) on other PC already?

Sorry, but now you have us confused. You can not get a mix of Rithmic and Denali data. You can not get "realtime from rithmic, historical from sierra". You are either getting the data from Rithmic or from our Denali Exchange Data Feed - it is one or the other.

We are still not sure what you are wanting to do in terms of the data to each system. Given the above, please let us know what you are wanting to do.

Well, one PC rithmic and second PC denali. Paying for exchanges double via denali and rithmic.
But via rithmic I ve to check this (screenshot) for proper historical data. I assume, thats denali supporting historical data, while rithmic will provide me realtime data in this case. So, not quite sure, if I ll need to pay something additionally, so I could use this function (screenshot) with rithmic while using simultaneously denali on other PC.

Wonder, how many instances can I use on both PCs as I ll copy trades? Trades will be copied amongst instances at same PC.

Via denali I ll use teton order routing, right? Am I forced to use rithmic order routing via rithmic or can also use teton, if broker support that?

Rest of the data like forex, sectors and market internals will work realtime in both PCs simultaneously, right?
Didnt get answer on this from you. These are your data, not from exchange I think...

What we do not understand is what you want to have.

If you want to have Denali data to one computer and Rithmic data to another computer, then that is fine. To do this you will need to pay for data to both us (for the Denali Exchange Data Feed) and to Rithmic for their data. To do this, you will need to set the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No on the Sierra Chart for which you want to receive the Rithmic data.

If you want to have data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed to both computers then you would need to pay for a second exchange fee. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously

In any case, the data you are receiving is the only data you will be receiving. If you are setup to get the Rithmic data, then it is ONLY the Rithmic data. If you are getting the Denali data, then it is ONLY the Denali data. The following statement: " I assume, thats denali supporting historical data, while rithmic will provide me realtime data in this case." is not true. You can not mix the data between Denali and Rithmic on a single system.

Via denali I ll use teton order routing, right? Am I forced to use rithmic order routing via rithmic or can also use teton, if broker support that?

The Denali Exchange Data Feed and the Teton Order Routing Service are two very separate items. If you are interested in using the Teton Order Routing Service, then refer to the information here:
Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

Rest of the data like forex, sectors and market internals will work realtime in both PCs simultaneously, right?

Yes, you can get this to both computers without any issue.

While obviously simultaneously using denali realtime in other PC.
Without this function setup to YES will not work historical data properly for rithmic, right?

If you want to get the Rithmic data, then Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds needs to be set to No. You state Yes above.

If you are getting the data from Rithmic on one computer and the data from our Denali feed on the other computer, then you are paying for data twice - once for Rithmic and once for Denali.

Without this function setup to YES will not work historical data properly for rithmic, right?

If you are using the Rithmic data, then you will have issues with the historical data.

Cant I set it to YES, when I want to use rithmic? That should suppose to help with historical data as I ve heard? At least for properly downloading data but for realtime data I can set it to NO.

You can not do what you are stating above. This does not work. If you are not setup to get real-time data for a particular exchange, then when you set Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to Yes, you will not get any data.

If you are setup to get the real-time data from us, then why would you want to get any data from Rithmic?

Because I want to use also other platforms and with rithmic its possible. I recall once I ve tried trial before and this was possible to do so with rithmic, suddenly historical data was working correctly. I mean allowing support for sierra chart data feeds to yes was actually suggested, while I was on trial long time ago with rithmic.

In other words users of rithmic seems like to be forced to pay double for exchanges to get proper historical data. Isnt there any other solution, than basically in my case turining one PC, where I ve rithmic without using second PC with denali yet, allowing support for sierra chart data feeds to yes for a certain amount of time to get all the neccessary data properly before actually starting to use PC with denali, obviously settin it to no on rithmic PC before using denali PC?

If CME or any exchange could somehow be able to recognize payment was done for exchange via rithmic, this would solve it I think nicelly just by allowing support for sierra chart data feeds to yes, which is basically part of integrated subscribtion already anaways, this way it would be actually very usefull by using also sierra chart data feeds to fill the data gaps and 3th party datafeed throught which was payment for exchanges done.

Wonder, how many instances can I use on both PCs as I ll copy trades? Trades will be copied amongst instances at same PC.
Didnt catch answer on this question of mine.

But within the realm of Sierra Chart, you should be using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data, particularly if you know the data from Rithmic is not as good.

Regardless, we have given you the information on how it works. It is up to you to decide how you want to work with it.

Wonder, how many instances can I use on both PCs as I ll copy trades?

There is no limit on the number of Sierra Chart installations you can run, but the exchanges work a bit differently.

If you are using sub-instances (File >> New Instance), then this is not an issue. Refer to the information here:
Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance: Instructions For Sharing Data Using Sub Instances (Easiest And Recommended Method)

If, however, you have separate installations, then you are limited to 3 per computer. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections

Trades will be copied amongst instances at same PC.

If you mean will the trades be viewable in all instances, then yes, this is not a problem.

But if you want to copy trades between different accounts, then you can only do that if the accounts are under the same login. Refer to the information here:
Order Allocation to Trade Accounts

Can I actually use denali on 3 different PCs simultnaoeusly?
I ll pay for exchange fees 3 times

I am also thinking to use use denali on 2 PCs simultaneously, exchange fees double and on 3th PC rithmic (obviously will pay for exchange fees via rithmic too), is that possible?
I ll just download historical data via denali and then use rithmic in real-time on 3th PC.
Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to yes while downloading historical data and then to no for realtime via rithmic

As I ve understood it might be possible, solution: one denali (exchange fees), live account attached neccessary and then I can use ritmic on two other PCs simultaneously. Its just a matter of temporarily Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to yes for historical data download and then setting it to no to use rithmic in real-time. Is that right?

Sorry, but the exchanges do not allow for 3 computers simultaneously, only 2. So you can not do this.

I am also thinking to use use denali on 2 PCs simultaneously, exchange fees double and on 3th PC rithmic (obviously will pay for exchange fees via rithmic too), is that possible?

Yes, this will work - as you only have 2 simultaneous connections for the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

I ll just download historical data via denali and then use rithmic in real-time on 3th PC.

You can not do this. The symbols are different, so you either get the data from the Denali fee or from Rithmic. You can not get the historical data from Denali and the real-time data from Rithmic.

We believe you will have an issue getting data to two different systems at the same time from Rithmic, but you would need to check with Rithmic on this for sure.

And note our answer just above regarding the historical data - you either get all your data from Rithmic or from Denali - you can't mix and match.

Wheres the exact problem in rithmic and your platform regarding historical data actually? Thought at least my assumption would solve it.

Every other platforms have no isues and some even has a special addon for rithmic trader pro to get data this way.
Can u perhaps make this kind of addon, which could split data amongst mulitple platforms? Its done for jigsaw trading, bookmap, ninjtrader...
I recall there was a certain stuff running alongside sierra before for rithmic, why that thing dissapeared. At least for charting it was a good thing I guess and historical data worked better.
Why sierra has to go in a way of having access to eventually only one datafeed like professional platforms, which has at least tools to go this way like spread matrix, option chain, autospreader, surface skew etc etc.
Its dissapointing, when such great platform isnt reaching customers desires. Connectivity is the key I d say, especially when denali isnt compatible with anything else than just sierra.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Why rithmic users actually need denali in the first place, when its not neccessary at all?
In other words, it doesnt help rithmic users have denali. Instead of using package 11, why cant rithmic users use package 5 only?
With live account theres no need for denali and exchange fees throught your datafeed, no? Weird condition, having live account...
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
How much historical data can be actually downloaded via rithmic in one go? I assume it could be redownloaded if theres some errors in specific time window or download multiple times, if for example theres downloaded 2 months (max possibility) and I want 6 months just by specifing time window of data I want to download.
