I have two instances of Sierra Chart installed, earlier today I noticed that the data displayed on the volume profile of my DOMs were slightly different between the two instances. Both instances are using Denali exchange data as the [M] is always displayed, the only difference is that on the second instance I have added a Rithmic account provided by Apex funding in the "data/trade service settings". I tried changing the symbol settings but it had no effect. Is there any way to solve this? I can share screenshots if it can help

There must be some difference in the chart settings or the Volume Profile settings between these instances. You really need to look through all of the options to see what is different.

The settings for my DOMs and volume profiles are exactly the same, as they are part of the same chartbook which I simply copied in the second instance's data folder. Are there any specific settings you suggest checking out to make sure everything's the same?

Please attach the two chartbooks and let us know the specific charts within each we need to look at. Also attach images of what you are seeing in both cases so we can compare to what you are seeing. I have attached the chartbooks. They are the same, I just renamed the second one which I use with my Rithmic account for you to differentiate them more easily. The screenshots were taken a few seconds apart from each other, but I can assure you that the market data is exactly the same, and you can see that by looking at the recent trades column in the middle of my doms. The only difference is in the volume profile which has different values at all price levels. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1673017067535.png https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1673017040682.png |

Refer to the information here: Volume By Price Study: Volume Profile Differences It is going to be best to display a Volume by Price study on a normal chart with bars. So that you can see the bars it is associated with. Start with this for the purpose of troubleshooting. Otherwise, it is very hard if not impossible to understand what is happening. We will not troubleshoot a Volume by Price study on a Trading DOM.
