Datafeed SC does not work

Hi,

Today my term expired on data feed. I subscribed to a new, but the data does not work. I applied to sharp account from TWS, does not solve the problem. Can you tell me why?

Same problem. im see normal indicator M but data doesnt work sierra still wrote same :

I got the same problem. I cannot download the data. I see the tick indicator. The tick indicator works fine. I even see the symbol [M]. But the rest seems to be frozen.

You need to activate the exchanges that you require here:

Your account has no exchanges activated.

We also see you are identified as a Professional according to CME rules. Would that be correct? If so, the exchange fees are much higher and we do not have support for those higher fees at this time.

After activating the exchanges, restart Sierra Chart.

In the case of the CME, they now charge exchange fees.

Hi, I have the same problem. I do not see indicator [M] in my charts.
Today i paid as always 35 USD exchange fees and nothing happened. Data doesnt works and I should not trade -.-

The CME now charges exchange fees. You need to activate the CME exchange here:

The exchange fee is small. Only 3.25 USD per month if you do not need market depth.

After activating the exchange restart Sierra Chart.

As long as you do not need market depth data in Sierra Chart, then the 3.25 USD exchange fee will be fine. Numbers Bars do not require market depth.

Hi,
I was payed 35 USD/month for market data feed.
I used market data feed last 2 month and this was OK.
But now data feed do not work.
In my account I have activated data feed but warning lights there:
•There are no exchanges enabled on your real-time data connections. Must enable exchanges to receive real-time data.
Where is a problem?
