cannnot connect to data feed

Hi SC,
I am having issues connecting to data feed. I am on AMP only for routing, just rewned Denali exchange data for 3.75 but still cannot connect.
5 days for package 11 expiration.
Tried to connect to SC all service but still nothing
Please help

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
