We have reactivated the CBOT with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts exchange for you.

For the future, if this occurs, you can reactivate the exchange(s) you had active previously by going to the Recurring Services page, scrolling to the bottom where the list of recently deactivated exchanges is, and then selecting the button for "Reactivate Exchange" for the exchange(s) you want to reactivate.
