Hi, I had a situation this morning where I was in a position, but when I hit the flatten button on the Chart Trade Window, it took me out of the trade, but then I noticed that it also executed a short. The really weird thing is that the bracket order I had selected was for a 4 lot, and the short that it executed was only a 2 lot. I tried looking at the trade service log to see if I could figure out why this might of happened but couldn't really decipher what the situation was that would've caused this to happen. Any chance you could take a look at my trade service log and figure out what I did to cause the short position to be executed? I've copied and pasted the log from the time that I flattened the long but the short that got executed (which was one second after the long shown below) does not appear anywhere in the Trade service log, only in the Trade activity log and it also appears in my chart due to show order fills being selected. You need to go through the Trade Activity Log and see exactly what has happened with order entry and order executions which caused this unexpected issue: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity The Trade Service Log will not help.
