Data column disappears when chart is not on Region 1

The upper chart on the attached image is when the main chart is set to show on Region 1 and the Volume study on Region 2. The Market Data Column that shows the bid and ask is showing. When I switch the chart to Region 2 and Volume to Region 1 the Market Data Column disappears (Bottom chart) |
