I am using the evaluator E2T and I received an order entry Rithmic Direct (Order Reject) error message today that read..."User not entitled to trade on this exchange". I've been trading on this CME Emini exchange since the beginning of December. This is the first time I've received this message. I have Denali Data feeds and package 11. Is there a way to solve this?

That rejection is from Rithmic. Contact your broker or Rithmic about this.
