Today my computer crashed during an ongoing trade. After I rebooted, opened Sierra Chart, connected to the data connection (Denali and order routing with CQG) and opened my chartbook both STP and TP order have been gone. In fact for the short time of being offline my position was probably totally unprotected. Can you tell me why and how to prevent this? thx |

Disregard the prior answer given. At the you restarted your computer, was there a position already existing that the Attached Orders were associated with? You can determine what happened to those Attached Orders in the Trade Activity Log: Trade Activity Log Also you really should move to Teton order routing to eliminate any kind of possibility like this: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
