My account is paid thru into February but still getting delayed CME data. Error message: Failed to set Service Package to the '10 - Integrated Standard' option with the End Date of 2023-03-23. Insufficient balance to activate service. A balance of at least 36 USD is required for gcooper0 to pay for all required services. Current balance for account (gcooper0) is 0.00 USD. Make Payment For 36 USD: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit&Amount=36 This is not correct - I am up to date. Please resolve immediately. I am a full time trader, this is how I make a living and SC is screwing up big time here. Thanks in advance for resolving your payment/data issue or whatever this is. Never had this problem in 12yrs with you. |
