Hello, I was wondering if you can help I was just trading 1 hour ago, I had to pay $11.50 for CME. Data and everything was working before I restarted my PC, (1hr ago) and now in the data feed it says ‘Reconnect Wait’ with a yellow background, can you help

I have tried to follow the content on the support board

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
