Sim account despite having service package

Hello,

I have a service package of 11 and CME market depth data exchange package but on chart, it still shows SIM and I assume it is simulated account. Can I please know how to come out of it ?

Hello,

My brokers is stage5.

However, I trade on "Tradovate broker" on their platform and I use sierra chart for DOM, footprint (Number bars). Question - even though I am in SIM, do I still get the real time data ?

With what we see at the moment you should be getting real-time data.

If not:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

One more question -> me and my friend have same DOM. he does also gets the real time CME data but however, when I looked at his DOM, values are quite different like cumulative stack and stack column. Just wondering how come two users having difference in data.

Pulling and stacking will be different because of different connection times to the data feed and the number of levels being tracked. Is your friend using the Denali Data Feed? If not that is another reason for a difference.

You would both need to start the connection to the data at the same time in order to see the same Pulling/Stacking, as that is the point from which the Pulling/Stacking starts.

Basically what we are saying is that it is not possible to compare the Pulling/Stacking columns to someone else as the timing is nearly impossible to get right.
