I currently have Denali data enabled for CME for trading ES via InteractiveBrokers. I would like to start trading DAX/FTSE through IB as well. what do I need to do on SC end?

We have data available for DAX through the EUREX data. Refer to the Setup Instructions for this at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* We do not have data for the FTSE.
