It is possible for you to encounter that error message, if there is a connectivity issue to the Teton order routing server. However, there will be a retry to another alternate address and then eventually back to the primary address. Follow the procedure here to reconnect if you are still not able to connect: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers Let us know if you are still having issues.
