Custom study (from 3rd party) on a new computer not working.

Hi, I got custom study from 3rd party added to my account. I installed Sierra on a new computer but this custom study do not work, I go message: Error loading C:Sierrachart/Data/Ipsedge.dll. File not found or may be missing SCDLLLName line. How to make it work on a new computer? I copied all files related to this custom study from Sierrachart/DATA catalogue old computer to the Sierrachart/data new computer. thx K |

This message probably indicates another DLL file that IPSEdge.dll depends upon does not exist on the system: IPSEdge.dll loading error.
