hi, i tried to do 12h and 24h graph and it's not working broker tried to help me too without successes |

First off, our servers are showing that you are connected to our Teton Order Routing Service, but you are not setup to get any real-time data. Make sure you activate the exchange(s) you want at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges As to setting a chart to 12 hours or 24 hours, start by opening a chart for the symbol you want by selecting File >> Find Symbol, finding the symbol you want and then selecting Open Intraday Chart. This will open a 1 minute chart by default. Then go to Chart >> Chart Settings and select the page for Bar Period at the top. Then in the Setting (Days - Minutes - Seconds) field enter 0-720-0 for a 12 hour chart or 0-1440-0 for a 24 hour (intraday) chart. Select OK to close the window and the chart will update to the proper timeframe.
