It sounds like you want to change your Denali exchange selection - as you already have the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading Accounts active. If you want to stop the current exchange and activate a different one (such as the "Full CME Group with Market Depth"), then you would want to do the following: - As soon as you can (today or tomorrow), go to the CME Group exchanges page and select the "Deactivate" button for the exchange you currently have active. You will still get the data through the end of the month, but the exchange will not automatically renew. You can access the exchange options at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges - Contact your broker and tell them that you do not want the CQG data starting on January 1, 2023. - On January 1, 2023 (or January 2, 2023) when you get on to start trading, go back to the CME Group exchanges (link above) and activate the exchange(s) you want. ---- If you just want to add to the existing exchange, then skip the first step above.
