I keep getting the you have positions opened with your trading service message when i log out of Sierra, but i do not have any orders working.

I go into trades positions open, and there is nothing there. I go on the CQG app, and i have no working orders

How can i make sure i have no positions opened and why do i get the message?

So there are no working orders in Trade >> Trade Orders Window?

And no nonzero positions in Trade >> Trade Positions Window?

i have one on sim but i get a message :

** trade simulation mode ON doe not match simualtion state for F.US.EPH23 and trade account SIM1

its in trading positions. I select and hit flatten and cant seem to disapear
