Order Templates not getting deleted

When I try to delete saved order templates, sometimes it gets done properly, and other times the templates remain even though initially they are removed from the list after hitting delete. This problem has been present ever since I started with this program for the last several years. Is there something extra I need to do to make sure that the template is completely removed? I've attached a screenshot.

Immediately after you delete the file, press the Refresh button. Does the file reappear? If not, there is no problem but the file is coming back some other way.

The file does not reappear with the Refresh button, but after I exit the dialogue box and scroll through my order templates, it is there again. Please advise of any other troubleshooting tips. Thank you. |

Go to the Data subfolder within the Sierra Chart installation folder using the Windows file Explorer, and after deleting the configuration file from within Sierra Chart, make sure it is deleted there. If it is coming back we would not know why.

That fixed the problem. The file gets removed properly without having to delete the configuration file within Sierra Chart.
