Hi, I have the NASDAQ data for US stocks but it is not coming through. It works for the futures but not for the stocks. Can you please have a look on your end? Thank you and kind regards, Andre |

When you open a chart for a Stock, are you entering the symbol with the -NQTV suffix (such as IBM-NQTV)? You need to have the -NQTV in order to tell the system that you want the data to come from the NASDAQ TotalView exchange. -- Separately, we see that you have both the NASDAQ US Stock Data and NASDAQ US Stock Data for Professionals enabled. You do not need both. If you are considered a Professional trader by the NASDAQ then you will need to pay for the Professional option and deactivate the non-professional option. And Vice Versa if you are a non-professional. Note that these funds go to the exchanges, and they do not give any refunds, so we can not refund your exchange payment.
