Quote Board Shows No Symbols

Can someone please help me understand how to get the quote board to populate symbols. No data is coming through to my charts and I'm told it is because the symbols do not show in the quote board. I have attached a screen shot of what I'm seeing

It's hard for us to say what is occurring since we do not know the setup of that that chartbook. But the first thing to do is to open the Chartbook and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will update the symbols in the chart to make sure they are set for the particular service you are set to.

From there, if you need to enter information in the Quote Board, then refer to the following:

Thank You so much for getting back to me. I apologize if I wasn't very clear in my original message this is the first time I've used Sierra Chart. I'm on a free trial account and for some reason I can't get any data to come through for me. The Example Chart Book that the platform provides shows no information. I'm not able to load any symbols or open any charts. I've attempted to disconnect and reconnect the data and nothing changes. I've attempted to translate the symbols to current services and no change. It seems like I can't get date to come though at all

For instance I'm currently using the example chart book I go to find symbol and from there choose the symbol I need to open. When I do that none of the symbols I choose come up when I choose to open the intraday chart, historical chart, or the open trading DOM. None of these options open for me
