I am looking to get Service Package 11 to chart market profile and Footprint especially. I am also looking to arbitrage /ES and /NQ with SPY/QQQ options. Will that package cover me for those real time markets? Will I to have some sort of futures account setup somewhere for me to use this? Thank you for your assistance, Regards, |

Package 11 is the correct package to be able to use TPO and Numbers Bars and to be able to get real-time data. In order to get data for the CME Group at the non-professional exchange rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software for verification. Refer to the information here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you do not have a trading account that you can use for the above, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Once you have the above figured out, then you will follow the instructions at the following link to setup the CME Group data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* -- With regards to SPY and QQQ, you have a choice on which exchange to use - as we have two options, each with a tradeoff. 1) Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with U.S. Equities: Includes Consolidated Tape (full volume information for all exchanges), but does not have Market Depth data.
