hello, I recently changed my service package to 12 which should also have MBO data but I am not receiving market depth on the DOM. I would like to know what could be going wrong. If i am not mistaken, package 12 should include market depth as well? thank you !! |

Two items. 1) You are not signed up for any exchanges that include Market Depth data, therefore you will not get the MBO data without this.
