Micro-DAX-Futures (FDXS) Market Depth Problem

The attached image shows a re-occurring situation in the FDXS, where orders remain visible in the order book (see Trading Chart DOM on the right side or Market Depth Window on top of chart) while orders are getting filled above best-offer/below best-bid. I could not detect this behavior in any other symbol (e.g. FDAX) so far. Is this a data feed-related problem or is there something else that might cause this problem? This is going to be ongoing until the situation is solved by EUREX. We are getting them more information they need. We do not think this is going to resolve itself quickly.The problem is on the EUREX side with out of order data packets.
