Charts doesn't oad all days

Hi, Since last update, last upgrade to SC pack 10 and Denalli Data, i've a lot of issues with data and charts Now, i set 5 minute chart to load "10 days" , and it ONLY loads 5 days of data in a chart!!! https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1671457685696.png I am very disgusted with the platform lately. before it was very fine and functional, but now, more and more failures, especially with the data, and settings. |

Does the chart have a scrollbar on it? You definitely should not have any kind of failures like you describe unless there are historical data download issues which would be on your side or the relevant settings are not set properly. You cannot have any kind of failure with settings, so we do not know what you are referring to there. For this kind of issue, refer to: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data There can also be some issues, when transitioning from one futures contract to the next at the time of rollover related to a change of the rollover rules by the CME. I'm tired of being referred to your documentation that I have already read several times... I attach the settings images Data/trade service settings: https://i.imgur.com/on5a30p.png Chart settings: https://i.imgur.com/omBIbbX.png https://i.imgur.com/ypOOAPh.png https://i.imgur.com/OvE6lAA.png and the image of all SC window with chart. (i've scrollbar activated, but the chart only load the days that appears on this chart...) https://i.imgur.com/REnBvSu.png As you can see, there are "continuous contract volume based" on this chartbook, with 10 days (that supose to be loaded), and only i can see 5 days and today session.. Recently i've load 1095 days in other chartbook for replay, so, problems for downloaded data i don't think that it be... Tell me what is wrong? |
