Using Sierra Chart for charting only?

If I purchase service package 12, do I still need to login to my live trading account? I would like to use Sierra chart for charting only, I'm trading on Tradovate but I would need to pay more for Sierra chart to connect to it. Do I need tradovate to activate CQG account for Sierra Chart or is service package 12 enough for charting only? |

You say you purchased Service Package 12 but your Sierra Chart account is expired and we do not see any Services Balance credit on it. Do you have more than one Sierra Chart account? Yes: Do I need tradovate to activate CQG account for Sierra Chart

Thank you for the answers and sorry I missed your call! I'm waiting on Tradovate to enable CGQ account for sierrachart and once that is done I will enable the service package 12. Thank you!

Thank you for your time! I received a response from Tradovate and you guys are right, they no longer support Sierra Chart, so I opened an Edge Clear account last night and funded it. Waiting for that to complete and get approved! I plan to use the Teton routing service with edge clear, thank you!
