Hello, I was unable to search for the symbol "F.US.EP" but I can find the symbol "ES#CME". Are they both same or different ? Thank You |

Thank you for the response. 1.) I have setup the DOM with the columns that I want but those columns doesn't show up in the DOM. please find the attached screenshot. 2.) When I close the sierra chart application and open the application again, all the columns are missing and I need to configure those columns again. Is there anyway to make those changes permanent so that even after I close and open the application those columns would be still there ? Thanks |

The columns are there, but you do not have the option for the Vertical Lines that separate the columns to be displayed. Refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Show Market Data Column Vertical Lines (Trade >> Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns) Additionally, it looks like you do not have any Market Depth data for that symbol, so you do not have anything showing in the columns. With regards to saving the columns, as long as you have saved the Chartbook that contains that chart, then when you open it again that chart should show the columns. You have opened a chart for the symbol "ES". That is not the E-Mini S&P 500 Index, as you need to select the particular contract (currently the H of 2023 contract is the front contract) and open a chart for that symbol. In other words, select the ESH23-CME symbol in the Find Symbol window as you have it shown in the image, and then select the Change Chart Symbol button.

How are you "changing the symbol"? It sounds like you are opening a new chart for the new symbol, and not actually changing the current charts symbol. Refer to the following for how to change a chart symbol: Changing the Symbol of a Chart Also refer to the following information related to using a chart as a Template: Using Chart Templates: Duplicating Charts / Template Charts For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello, 1.) For changing the symbol, I am using File >> Find Symbol and I am entering the symbol that I want. 2.) When I zoom-IN the chart DOM , it is also zooming the chart bars making it hard to view. Is there any settings that I need to change ? 3.) How can I get out the SIM account ? Is it because I am in trail version, does it only show the SIM account ? Thanks |

1. When you go to "Find Symbol" what button are you selecting after you enter the new symbol? To change the symbol of the currently active chart, you would need to select the button for "Change Chart Symbol". Otherwise, as we stated above, you are simply opening a new chart for the symbol, which you will then need to adjust to match the other chart. Be sure to read the section above on Templates. 2. There is no "Zoom-In" option for the Chart DOM. There is only the Zoom-In option for the bars. What exactly are you wanting to do relative to the DOM? And, any change you make to the DOM will change the bars (i.e. expanding/contracting, up/down) as the bars are tied to the prices in the DOM. 3. In order to get out of Sim mode, you would need to have your Sierra Chart connected to your trading account. What trading service do you use? Hello, 1.) Now I understood what I need to select to change the symbol. I am good with this one. 3.) I have opened the stage 5 account but however, I will be trading with tradovate. For instance, if I subscribe to denali data feed and CME exchange real time data. Even in SIM account, Do I still get the real time or do I need to get out of SIM account because the reason behind that ask is I thought SIM account only shows the delayed/historical data even I buy the real time and demali daa feed. Thank you |

3. In order to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, then you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software for verification. Refer to the information on this topic hat the following link: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Most likely Tradovate has you setup to use CQG for order routing. If this is the case, then you would need to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account at least once a month to verify the account. You do not need to stay connected to the CQG account. Refer to the instructions for this at the following link: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
