Hello,

In order to get the, we need to have a trading account. However, I do have a trading account with interactive brokers but I was unable to connect my interactive brokers account with sierra chart because I am using a commission free trading. I do also have a tradovate account. Can I please know if I can connect my tradovate account to SC so that I can get the "CME with market depth for non-professional trading accounts"

Yes you can use tradovate. But they need to set you up on the CQG system to connect:

They may charge you extra for that.

Hello,


I have created the stage5 account and I have connected my sierra chart account to stage5 account for 1 minute and reverted the change back to "SC data - all services" to qualify for non-professional CME exchange fee. Can I please know how can I check if I am getting the CME exchange data for non-professional rate or not.
