Dear Team, My chartbook file giving an error of not compatible kindly contact Sierra chart support team for converting it. I have attached the file kindly convert it or fix it so I can use it in my sierra chart. Thanks. |

Dear John, Thank you very much for your help. The file is now compatible. However, the Quoteboard doesn't allow the list of symbols to appear on the column "Symbol". I have tried to enter in that column the contract "ZNU22-CBOT", when I press on "Ok", I still see nothing register. Please help me solve this problem. Regards William |

There is nothing different about the Quoteboard in terms of having updated the chartbook. Therefore, when you are wanting to enter a symbol by selecting the field under the Symbol column, you need to double-click on the particular field and then it will give you the ability to enter the symbol for that field. Or, you can enter a list of symbols by selecting the Symbols item on the Quoteboard menu and then entering the symbols into that window.
