chart disappering

I have tried to find answer on support board with no luck. I have a chart book with an ES chart and NQ chart. When I try and drag or scroll the chart to the left for Es with the hand on the screen it immediately disappears. But I have no issues with my NQ chart in the same chart book.

Might be related to the Scale Range being used. Make sure to use Automatic: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Chart Bars or Studies Not Completely within View, Not Displayed, or Cut Off. Reset Scales.
