I face blank screen on sierra chart

Hi can anyone help me to fix my sierra chart blank screen issue please
i am not able to get any data on my chart even DOM stil not show any Bit or ask price .

This is often caused by a change in Data feeds from when the chartbook was saved.

Try this: Edit>>Translate Symbols to Current Service

there is only EURUSD chart is working and DOM also doesnt work and but other currencies pairs non of them work.

Go to the chart you have an issue with.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

there is no any messages about downloading data, etc when i press open currencies pair chart normally it should show message about downloading chart data 1%-100% but on siearra chart it doesnt show anything at all.

OK my XAUUSD chart is working but DOM Depth of Market doesnt work
Does free trials version limits feature to not using DOM or depth of market too or not?

We do not have any Market Depth data for the FOREX and CFD data. For Market Depth use one of the CME Group symbols (YM or MES).

Also, you can activate your trial using SMS and get full access to the system capabilities. Follow the instructions here:
