When trying to connect to Rithmic i am not able to connect in Data/Trade service settings Rithmic Direct - DTC is showing not enabled on package. I bought the

You do need to be on Service Package 11 to connect to Rithmic. For now we have given you access to Service Package 12 for 30 days at no cost.

After that the package can be changed to 11.
